I usually take special pleasure pointing out what it would be worth if they didn't cut it in half and add shelving.
I tend to agree. What would be the punishment in that part of Hell anyway?
I think it was either Jerry Stemok or Rollin Thurlow who claimed that they could rebuild any canoe if a rib survived. I think that is a bit of an exaggeration, but pretty close.
I must say that I took some particular pleasure in seeing PLASTIC canoes - probably purpose made that were used as shelving in Eddie Bauer stores in the '90's.
